I have just written a poem.
It's for my other half's Valentine's card.
This has made me feel warm and fuzzy.
It also reminded me how much I love writing creatively. Not to brief for a client, who edits away any semblance of flair and prefers to edit in grammatical errors (my personal bugbear being superfluous capital letters). Writing, for me, to make someone I care about happy.
Not too shabby a Friday 13th.
